Adult Dancers are all welcome to our Adult Ballet class! We have beginning dancers and dancers with years of experience dancing together every year. This class focuses on classical ballet technique, and is a great workout! This class meets for 90 minutes weekly, or a drop in option is also available.
This technique-only class is a great introduction to the fundamentals of Jazz Technique. This class will not perform in recital – and will start with a conditioning and strengthening warm-up, stretches, then progressions across the floor, and combinations in the center.
