February 2019 Dancers of the Month

Every month, our staff team takes some time to reflect on the great things happening in the studio and the amazing kids we work with, and we select a few dancers to honor with the title of “Dancer of the Month”.  Our Dancers of the Month stand out in and out of the studio for their great work ethic, consistent kindness, taking initiative, and drive to continue to improve individually and help others.

This year, we’ve added to the Dancers of the Month blog post – and we’re also featuring one of our graduating seniors and a member of our staff.  We believe that our studio is so special because of the people we share it with – our students, their parents, and our incredible staff team.  Please join us in celebrating and congratulating January’s Dancers of the Month!

Dance & Discover: Norah F

Norah was nominated by Miss Vanessa: “Norah is an absolute joy to have in class!  She always tries her best and is always willing to try something new.  She is kind and encouraging to her classmates.  Norah’s hard work is showing with great improvements in her tap, ballet, and tumbling skills!”

Ashlyn was nominated by Miss Denise: “Ashlyn always comes to class with a smile on her face, and she is so sweet with her friends in class.  She takes and applies corrections well and always knows her choreography.  Ashlyn is a treasure!”

Levels 1-3: Ashlyn C

Two Ashlyn’s this month! 🙂  Ashlyn C was nominated by Miss Josie and Miss Vanessa: “Ashlyn has worked so hard this year to improve in her company group dances and in each of her weekly classes.  She is always ready to work hard in class, in dress code, and her effort is showing in great improvements in each Company performance.  We are so proud of her consistent hard work this year!”

Levels 4+: Megan M

Megan was nominated by Miss Vanessa: “Megan is an incredibly hard worker and always shows up to class ready to work and learn.  She  enthusiastically cheers on her teammates and classmates, celebrating their successes as much as her own.  She shines onstage in her company groups and solo, and continues to improve through every class and performance.  Megan has a big heart and a bright smile and is a positive addition to every class or group she’s in!”
