February 2020 Dancers of the Month

Each month, our faculty takes notice of dancers doing great things in and outside of the studio – and we want to take a quick minute to recognize a few dancers who have really stood out with their exceptional effort and kindness at the studio and beyond.  I do want to point out that we had SO MANY dancers nominated by their teachers in February – selecting just one from each age group was incredibly difficult.

Please join us in congratulating February’s Dancers of the Month!

Dance & Discover – Saniha D

Saniha was nominated by Miss Morgan: “In my Dance & Discover 3 class, I quiz my kiddos each week before we practice their recital dance to see if they can show or tell me how many counts for each movement before I tell them. She was able to answer every single question – even with all of the parents joining our class in Parent Participation Week! All of the parents were super impressed and so was I!”

All-Boys Hip Hop – Brayden S

Brayden was nominated by Mr. Aaron: “Brayden is always excited to be in class. He greets me with a smile every week as soon as I walk in the door and has made a point several times to tell me that he’s been practicing at home.”

Levels 1-3 – Brylee N

Brylee was nominated by Miss Christine: “During Parent Participation Week, one of Brylee’s friends didn’t have a parent participating with them. Brylee saw this and told Hadley that she could dance with their dad, and that she was going to dance with her friend so they weren’t lonely. Not to mention she’s always so excited to be in class and works so hard to get better!”

Levels 4+ – Tori S

Tori was nominated by Miss Josie: “Tori is always focused and attentive in class. She keeps trying when we work on new or challenging skills and doesn’t give up. She has really grown this year!”
