What’s Included?

Each party includes 90 minutes of high-energy dancing, games, and activities for your child and 10 of their closest friends. Our team creates a welcoming, age-appropriate environment where every guest feels included, engaged, and ready to celebrate.

Personalize your party with a theme inspired by your child’s favorite music, movie, character, or TV show. We love bringing creative ideas to life! Some of our most popular dance party themes include:

DIY Party Packages

Members: $150 | Non-Members: $165
Includes 10 children, $5 for each additional child

Our DIY Party Includes:

  • Private dance studio

  • Fabulous dance instructor

  • Table & chairs for cake/presents/etc

  • Dance choreography

  • Show for parents at the end of the pa

  • Parents are encouraged to bring decorations, cakes, or treats!

We’ll open the doors 30 minutes before the party starts so you can decorate and bring in any cake, snacks, etc.

Gold Party Package

Members: $200 | Non-Members: $220
Includes 10 children, $5 for each additional child

Our Gold Party Includes:

  • Private dance studio

  • Fabulous dance instructor

  • Table & chairs for cake/presents/etc

  • Dance choreography

  • Show for parents at the end of the party

  • Parents, don’t worry about any setup or shopping ahead of time!

We’ll open the doors 30 minutes before the party starts so you can decorate and bring in any cake, snacks, etc.

If you’re looking for a unique, family-friendly, and stress-free birthday party in Cedar Rapids, The Pointe School of Dance is the perfect place to celebrate! If you have questions about our birthday parties, get in touch. We are happy to help!

Contact the Studio

  • Our team will keep your party guests engaged and ready to celebrate!

    Here is a sample party schedule:

    • 1:00-1:30PM Introductions and dance class to the theme of the birthday girl or boy's choice.  Our PDS staff will teach your guests a routine during this time and help them share it at the end of the party. 

    • 1:30-2:00PM Cake/present/game time. This is your time to do presents, cake/ice cream, or a snack in your private studio. You are welcome to use your assigned private studio for any games that you’d like to plan. 

    • 2:00-2:15PM Our team will bring dancers back into the studio to review and prepare for the show. 

    • 2:15-2:30PM Parents are invited to come back a little early to watch what they have learned!  This is a great time for pictures and videos.

  • We have a small fridge and microwave if needed. Parents are welcome to bring food and drinks for their guests.

  • You may bring additional guests for $5/child.

  • We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to be flexible while also honoring the time, staffing, and preparation that go into each party reservation.

    Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled party date will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made more than 48 hours but fewer than 7 days prior to the scheduled party date will receive a 50% refund.

    Cancellations made fewer than 48 hours prior to the scheduled party date are non-refundable.

  • Birthday Parties can be booked on Friday afternoons/evenings and Saturdays only. We recommend booking your party early to ensure availability.
